I recently have just started focusing on the present moment as much as I can throughout my day and using the above advice that you offer regarding centering inside of ourselves with our breath really pulls us into the moment. As you say, we start to become aware of our thoughts and then we have the choice to act or let them go. My clarity of thought, the interactions I have with others and the general good feeling that I have about myself and the world around me is now priceless compared to what I experienced before. I tried to deny this moment to see just how crazy my life was before I started present moment living and I can tell you that I noticed I lived in the past and future way way too much and it made me so miserable that I yearned to get back to the present moment.
This is now something that I will be doing for the rest of my physical life. The alternative is one that I dare not comtemplate upon. (-;</description>
