Let Go and Notice

Letting go implies that you are holding onto something. Let go and notice what you release. When you are attached to it, it’s hard to tell yourself apart from it. But when you let go – you can instantly recognize that it was not you.
An attachment to change outside of your control is anxiousness. Letting go and observing what unfolds is freedom. Appreciate the detail of whatever is happening but don’t be tempted to hold onto it just because you prefer it over other experiences. You never know what experiences may lay ahead and you cannot fully appreciate them if you are grasping for something that is not there (past or future).
When you let go it creates a vacuum. Rather than needing to fill it right away, observe it with curiosity. Trust that your heart will attract to you the things that you need to experience. This does not mean you don’t plan your life – it simply means to be aware of what you’re experiencing as you transition into what you have planned.
